*LTCA BIRTHDAY PARTIES*

    40 Minutes in our “Jumpy” room – where you and your guests can race in our obstacle course or roll down our BIG slide or just jump around!!

    20 Minutes in our open gym – where you and your guests can jump on our 40 ft tumble track and crash into our foam pit or play some fun games on our two spring floors!!

    30 Minutes in your Party Room – where your guests will enjoy ice cream and refreshments!!

    $165.00 for 90 Party Minutes

    Includes 15 guests

    $9.95 each additional person

    Includes utensils, paper products, plastic cups, Ice Cream (for you and guests), Kid drinks (juice boxes and water for you and your guests)

    Additional drinks can be purchased for adults

    A dedicated Staff member to assist with setup and organization, handle all cleanups, and ensure that only your guests are allowed in the party room.

    Goody Bags for each party guest

    Additional Time may be Purchased.. just ask when you call

TARDINESS AND ABSENCES:
•    All Star practices are mandatory and take precedence over other activities.  Your acceptance on the squad is your commitment to attend ALL PRACTICES
•    Two unexcused practices will lead to review of the cheerleader’s status with the coaching staff.  Unexcused practices may lead to possible suspension and /or            dismissal from the team.   Excused absences include:
                                          1.    Illness to the cheerleader or immediate family member requiring travel and attention.  
                                          2.    Death in the immediate family
                                          3.    Required school obligations
•    If the cheerleader is not throwing up or deathly ill the cheerleader must attend practice to observe.
•    Birthday party, concerts, sports events etc are NOT excused ABSENCES
•    Notification to team Coach is required for any absences.  Unexcused absences are documented in writing,
•    See form attached for vacation or absence form.  Please fill out as soon as you know your schedule.
•    Tardiness is defined by 10 minutes late to practice or leaving a practice early.  Excessive tardiness and absences from a practice will result in immediate dismissal.

 

MUST SEND REQUEST FORM TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ABSENCE!!

We take pride in our team with hard work, enthusiasm, dedication and teamwork.  We strive to be the BEST.  There are over 450 boys and girls from all over the Louisiana area; we have 3 gyms in the South (Harahan, Slidell and Baton Rouge) that represent the Tiger Elite All-Stars.  Our Teams consist of a wide range of ages starting from 2 years old to collegiate level.

The Cheerleaders rely on sponsors like you to help us reduce the cost and fees associated with this sport.  If you would like to be a sponsor, please complete the information below to be put on the LTCA website.  Please attach a logo if applicable.
